Card Challenge - Limited Supplies

I was challenged by a Facebook Group that I belong to their list of cardstock/Designer Series Paper and create a card.  The only challenge was, you couldn't use any additional paper than the following: Card base, card layer 3 1/4" x 3 1/4", Whisper White 3" x 3"

Stampin' Up! Products

• Whisper White Thick cardstock
• Card base measures 4 1/4" x 11"
• Scored at 5 1/2"
• Card layer measures 3" x 3"
• Stamp and punch out sentiment
• Use remaining for butterflies and flowers
• Garden Green cardstock
• Card layer measures 3 1/4" x 31/4"
• Add sentiment on top and trim to 1/16" all around
• Use remaining for butterflies and flowers
• Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper
• Card layer measures 2" x 5 1/2"
• 
  Trim to 2" x 5 1/8"
• On back mark 1 5/8" and 3 1/4" from the top
• Cut strips 5/8" x 5 1/8"
• You'll have a sliver left over
• Place the bottom each of strip into the punch
• Make sure it's the bottom end for continuity
• Inspired Thoughts stamp set
• Garden Green ink
• Brilliant Wings dies
• Itty Bitty Accents and Tailored Tag punches
• Rhinestones dyed with Sharpie
• Dimensionals

Mark on back side and cut as instructed above

Place in punch
