This card was created using the Stampin' Up! Top Note die. I folded the cardstock before I used the die to cut the Top Note. I then used a piece of patterned paper that was first run through the die and then trimmed along the perforations.

Base cardstock is cut 9" x 4 1/4"
Patterned paper is cut 7 3/4" x 4"
Using Window Word punch, punch out handle about 1/2" from the top on one piece of base cardstock. Place other piece of cardstock on top, matching up edges and punch.
Apply patterned paper to one piece of base cardstock - the back side of the bag is not decorated with patterned paper.
Fold bottom flaps of lunch bag to meet each other, the edges will not match up. Trim bag so top of bag doesn't come above handle punch. Apply tape adhesive to the side of the bag that is longer at the bottom and adhere to cardstock base. Turn over and apply adhesive to other side of of bag and adhere to other piece of cardstock.
