** Any order of $65 or more is for a single order.  If you purchase $35 on Friday, November 23 and $40 on Monday, November 26 this does not qualify. If you purchase $65 on Saturday, November 24 and $55 on Monday, November 26 --- only one qualifies for the additional discount (the $65 order placed on Saturday).
