Blog Inspiration and Stampin' Up!

I would like to thank all my subscribers that have admired my work and have used my free instructions to help them with creating their own cards and/or teaching others. I started my blog in September 2008.  For eleven years I have been inspiring card makers with free ideas and instructions.

With all most postings and free instructions, I have had one consistent customer from my blog.  All in all, I only had one other person to place an order.  Stampin' Up! has quarterly minimums and I am shy a few dollars for the quarter ending September 30, 2019.

It takes time and money to create a blog post with free instructions.  I purchase all of my material and note down all the dimensions as I create a card.  Many of my cards have taken two hours to create because I am also making the blog post as I create. Taking a picture, editing it and uploading takes time. This card mentioned in my blog post from earlier today took three hours to create and post on my blog.

Unfortunately in my community, literally NO ONE is interested in creating cards.  I receive compliments and I do make a sale (of my handmade cards)  here or there but no one will attend a workshop whether it is free or at a small cost. I have not created YouTube videos because of the dedicated time that it would take and the revenue generated from my time would be zero.

If you do not have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would appreciate your business. Please shop HERE and use my Hostess Code located at the top right of my blog. You will receive a free card in the mail and a discount on your next purchase.

Beginning on Saturday, September 21 I will a blog post series centered around Stampin' Up!'s Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack and Large Specialty Cards & Envelopes. There will be ten projects in this series and they will be available FREE with your purchase of $35 or more from me, using the Hostess Code located at the top right hand corner of my blog. Order must be placed by Friday, September 20*.

If you are viewing this blog post after Friday, September 20, 2019 and would like to have my Magnolia Lane Series, please email me HERE.

Happy Stampin'
