Using the sentiments from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set, I created this gift. The recipient is able to choose the sentiment they want from happy birthday, With Sympathy, get well wishes, thank you and thinking of you. The recipient also gets to choose where on the card that they want to put their sentiment embellishment. I included in this gift set clear adhesive tabs to attach sentiment choice onto embellishment.

The Modern Label punch and Modern Label die are adhered together and Dimensionals are placed on the back. All the recipient has to do is peel and stick!
