Meet my new friends....
.....Frank, Drac and Mummy
Aren't they adorable!! They hold KitKat and other candy bars.
Angie Kennedy Juda is one TALENTED woman. I cannot take credit for "my friends". I check Angie's blog every day for new creations. Angie is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, blessed with so many talents. The greatest gift she has is her love of sharing her crafts by creating wonderful videos with concise instructions and displaying them for everyone to enjoy and recreate.

FUMC Wednesday Night Live
Wednesday Night Live
IS BACK!
Classes begin Wednesday, August 26
I am offering a six week class for everyone, including beginners, in paper crafting and card making. Wednesday Night Live Fellowship dinners start back on August 19 followed by a worship service. Stop by my table and see what plans I have for the next six weeks.
On Wednesday, August 26 stay in the Fellowship Hall after dinner and see how easy it is to create a greeting card with just paper, ribbon and adhesive. Any adult is welcome to stop by my table and select and create a free card. Click here for samples of my free cards.
Learn how easy it is to create beautiful greeting cards and gifts with just paper, stamps, ink, ribbon, and glue. ANYONE can do it!
The two pictures on this posting represent two of the five classes.
Included in the five classes are:
- Grateful Journal, Prayer Journal or Personal Journal - personalized with your initial. Description here.
- A notebook created with the Zutter Bind-it-All. An example of a gift I created with the Bind-it-All can be found here.
- Undecided - maybe another greeting card using a different stamping technique or maybe a Halloween theme candy treat bag using the Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine.
You will need your own adhesive. Do not go out and buy the following, but if you have them, please bring them with you to the first class on Wednesday, September 2:
- Paper trimmer
- Ruler
- Bone folder
All other supplies will be included in the $35 class fee. Class fee is due at sign up; register soon to save your spot. I am limiting the class size to eight so that everyone will get individual attention and instruction. Call Angie at FUMC 387-2111 or email me.
Class on Wednesday, August 26 is FREE for all adults, even if you aren't signing up for my classes.

DELICIOUS
Jeanette made a vegetable casserole and brought a fresh loaf of french bread; Jim says I need to learn how to bake it. Cherie made a delicous salad with the best tomatoes my Jim has ever had. Kathryn's chicken was so tender and delicious; it hit the spot. For dessert we had a fresh homemade Key Lime pie that Betty made; Bill said the tartness was just perfect.
Mary Ann stopped by earlier in the day with a pineapple cake dessert. My favorite part of a meal - dessert.
Thank you Betty, Cherie, Jeanette, Kathryn and Mary Ann. I am truly blessed to have these women in my life!

Great Friends
I thought I might lose weight because of my diet of soft foods. Not possible when my friends bring me delicious food. Gail W. had her personal delivery company (Ed W.) bring me the most heavenly dessert. Vanilla pudding with bananas and vanilla wafers. She takes it one step further and adds a meringue topping. YUM - no calories there!
